2. What data is collected and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, I collect:
- Name — to address you personally in my reply
- Email address — to respond to your enquiry
- Website URL (optional) — to review your site before responding
- Message (optional) — to understand your request
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
No cookies or tracking
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing your contact form data is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, responding to a business enquiry you initiated. Where applicable, processing may also be based on pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Resend processes your submitted data (name, email, website, message) only to deliver the message to me. Resend acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement and does not use your data for any other purpose.
No other third parties receive your personal data.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in my email inbox for as long as they are relevant to our business relationship, or for a maximum of 2 years, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 6).
6. Your rights under GDPR
As an EU resident, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Rectification — ask me to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask me to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask me to limit how I use your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Data security
This website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely to Resend's infrastructure. I do not store form submissions in any database — the data exists only in my email inbox.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be noted at the top of the page.
